We take your health and safety as seriously as we take our own. We appreciate your help in observing our protocols. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times!

Maine Compliance

  • Do not enter if you have had contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus in the last 14 days.

  • Do not enter if you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus or is in quarantine for possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

  • All State of Maine social distancing protocols are in effect.

  • All appointments must be made online via our website - you must have an appointment to enter the building. Registration and payment for classes will be done through the website at this time. Written materials for the class, such as study guides and homework sheets may be distributed electronically or in printed form. When distributed in printed form we will do all that is practical to ensure there is no potential for contamination.

  • Appointments will be scheduled with adequate time in between to disinfect and clean the studio. Please do not enter the building before your scheduled appointment to ensure that all previous participants have left and allow us to prep for your arrival.

  • A detailed list by day will be maintained of every person that has entered the studio with name and contact information, phone, and email. This is necessary to assist in contact tracing should the need arise.

Training Protocols

  • At this time we require all participants and instructors to wear face masks during ALL appointments. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING AND WEAR A FACE MASK. We cannot provide them. We really appreciate your compliance with this. No refunds will be issued for appointments which are cancelled due to participants failing to adhere to this policy.

  • No persons outside of family members will be permitted during lessons.

  • Leashes, collars, and other equipment will not be handled or shared between the instructor and participant. If the instructor handles the dog it will be done by swapping the participants equipment for their own.

  • To minimize the amount of “common surfaces”, participants should bring all their own personal training items. These items should be minimized and where possible must be able to be contained in a single “training bag". All items must be removed when the participant leaves. Items left behind will not be held in a “Lost and Found”, they will be disposed of before the next student/class arrives.
